30 Years BRINKY
Brinky has been a familiar face in Dutch households for more than 30 years. Our best-known product is the Brinky Chocolate Sandwich.
We could claim that Brinky is the most delicious biscuit in the world. But who would really believe us, at such an affordable price? No, Brinky is simply a delicious biscuit at a great price. Handy, individually wrapped, to enjoy at home with a cup of tea, when out and about, at fun parties or simply to share with a friend. And with various shapes and flavours, there is more than enough to choose from for every Brinky fan!
In 1917, Andre van den Brink took over the bakery from his father-in-law, and specialized in the production of gingerbread and shortbread biscuits. Around 1950, a new factory was built to produce wafers, shortbread, gingerbread and biscuits. The Brinky brand was introduced in 1980 as individually wrapped chocolate wafers. A few years later, ‘Brinky Geel (Yellow)’ was introduced to the market as an affordable alternative for the well-known Choco Prince. More than 30 years on, our Brinky Chocolate
